Here are some details about our capabilities and construction of dies:

• Currently we offer 3 types of dies: Steel rule clicker dies, EDM dies, and the Strap-Pro System.
• All of our dies are 1-1/4” tall.
• Our Steel Rule dies are 4mm (.157”) thick. These dies are heavy duty and will hold up to production use, they are welded and sharpened at the seam. In dies larger than 3" we add a brace to the die to ensure that the die will not lose its shape. We also have the ability to add ejection foam upon request.
• Our EDM dies and punches are cut out of a solid steel block with a CNC machine (Wire EDM) and hand sharpened. These dies are more expensive but we have a lot more capabilities when it comes to small intricate shapes. These dies or punches hold up just a well as our steel rule.
• The Strap-Pro System consists of a steel back plate with the cutting blade and punches attached to it. The guide is made out of PLA plastic. Everything on the Strap-Pro can be customized from the width of strap to punch sizes and locations, even the cutting blade can be customized.
• We have standard round and slot punches for our dies. Custom EDM punches are available upon request.
