Custom Die Quotes

Our goal is to have a simple and effective quoting process that serves our customers well. We aim to always respond within 1 business day or less. Using the following steps helps us to best serve you! Please take a second to read over the quoting process so that you’ll know exactly what to expect. If you do not have all the details just send us what you have and we will walk you through everything

1. As the customer you can send us Pictures, Drawings, PDFs, Patterns or whatever you have. Including the size is helpful but not always required
2. When we receive the shape we can begin quoting. We will send the quote and in some cases some suggestions on the design
3. Once the quote is approved we make a drawing of the shape, during the drawing process we are able to smooth out any rough edges and make the pattern symmetrical if applicable. The more details you provide will help us draw the best pattern for you
4. We will send a PDF to scale (If die size allows) so that you can approve the drawing or decide to make changes. Please make sure you check all of the details in the PDF, as what we send is what we will make and is final when we start to make the die
5. In most cases, after we receive payment and approval of the PDF we will ship the die in 4 days from that date
